The majority of prices on this website state the price without VAT (ex VAT). This means that the product qualifies for VAT relief and can be purchased without paying the VAT element. This status is given to products which are specifically designed to be used to relieve the symptoms of a chronic illness, condition or disability.

When making a purchase you will be asked to make a declaration about the nature of your illness or disablement, unfortunately you would not be exempt if you are elderly but able-bodied or if you are only temporarily injured e.g. broken bones.

If you have charity status you may also be exempt from VAT.
